READER’S CLUB (Ages 4-1st grade)
Small group reading instruction for children ages 4-6. Students will practice their reading skills by mastering phonics skills.Letter and sound recognition as well as learning to blend the letters/sounds (read) and learning sight words. Classes are systematic and skills are learned and built upon during each class. Each class will consist of reading instruction and a related project. Play and fun are both at the core of the curriculum. Your child will LOVE being a part of the Readers Club! The students will be bringing home books that they are learning to read as well as books that they make in class. Classes are taught in 12 week sessions.
