• Free-play
• Circle time-(calendar, flag salute, Spanish, songs)
• Lunch
• Zoo Phonics-age appropriate phonics introduction (Pre-reading skills) & letter of the week theme
• Art
• Small group activities (re: theme/letter of week)
• Physical play activity
• Songs, Story-time, goodbye

Play-School is BOTH a play based and an academically based Minis program. The children are learning academic concepts, however they have so much fun that if you asked them what they did at school today they would say...play. Through positive reinforcement of desired behaviors, redirection of unwanted behaviors and through the teaching of respect of others we strive to offer an educationally, emotionally and socially superior Minis environment.

Through hands on experiences, teacher led activities and student exploration during free-play each child will be allowed to learn at their own pace. The Play-School Minis program focuses on the social, physical, cognitive and emotional development of each child. We recognize that all children learn through different modalities as well as learn at their own pace. Your child is an individual and his/her individuality will always be celebrated at Play-School Minis.
